My little brother's wedding was very nice. It was great to see the family. I think one of my favorite parts of the trip was reading this article in the local news.

Kudzu-eating goat died of natural causes
CHATTANOOGA — A goat deployed to eat fast-spreading kudzu in the Missionary Ridge area died of natural causes, said a city official, not initial reports of mauling by another animal.
"It was a natural death," Lee Norris, assistant public works director for the city, said Thursday. "We think the mother tried to wean one too soon."
There had been concern earlier that a predator might have killed the goat. The contractor has still moved to head off any such attack by placing two donkeys with the goats. Donkeys are used to being around goats, become protective of them and will ward off predators, Norris said. •

Only in Tennessee can you have a contractor that deals in kudzu-eating goats.
