A Tuesday to Top It

This morning my jaw (as well as the rest of my body) was numb from the pain meds that I took last night. So I called to tell my boss that I couldn't drive yet. He told me to wait at home for the drug haze to clear, and then to come in.

That didn't take too long. Problem. I try to leave for work, and the clutch in my truck has gone bad (something I'm good at. Just ask my dad). So now I'm driving my wife back home, since she had to follow me to the garage, and we hit a dog that has just milliseconds previously had gone under the tires of the car preceeding me. Not a good morning ( for me or the dog....). Now it's lunchtime, and I'm bored. I can't eat anything for lunch since I can't chew, so I'm slurping my Odwalla juice.

There's nothing quite like green juice ( I really do like it. Tastes like peaches, bananas, and berries. Just looks weird). That's my day thus far............At least it isn't Monday.

Good to know your a blogger like the rest of us. Mine is martyrologist.lifewithchrist.org and Kimbrah's is felicitas.lifewithchrist.org.

I locked yours into my RSS feed so we can keep up with your tales.

You have a good blog going. Hey, though you can't eat, you can still write. Take it easy and hope to meet up with you guys soon.

At least you still have a sense of humor about it, the clutch I mean. Some days one just wishes to stay in bed, like today was for me. But once I was up and out, it looks like a beauty of a day with the sun shining brightly here in the old BakeCity. Take care son and daughter. ;-)
