I find it hard to believe that this could possibly be the first day of Spring. Are we sure that the groundhog didn't call us back later and say that he meant 12 weeks of Winter. Did anyone check the voicemail? As I write, snow is falling outside. Not just a little. In about the past 30 minutes we've gotten about 3 inches of fresh powder. If Spring has sprung, then take it back. I'll wait to see what Summer can bring.
I don't know if you can see clearly on this map. Probably if you click on it too blow the image up larger. We're up in the blue area north of Fresno. Yeah, blue = snow and ice.
So, we're enjoying the snow (hopefully) for one last hurrah. April showers, anyone? I'll take two.
