All In Good Time

It would be more appropriate to say, "All In God's Time". For over a year, I've had my house for sale. I priced it at where the first Realtor told me to. I lowered it. Again, and again, and again, and again. How many people came to look at it?

ZERO.

At the moment, I am in escrow to sell, and to purchase a home. The guy who's buying mine, is the one who's selling me his. An even swap. No realty agent fees. No middle men. Just Providence. And Providence is all I should ever have hoped for.
